Police Stations Visits
Our criminal defence lawyers are experienced in making legal visits to clients detained by the police, ICAC, Customs & Excise and other law enforcement agents. We advise detained clients on their rights and argue for police bail for them.
Bail Applications
Our criminal defence lawyers may apply for bail for clients at Magistrates Court. Clients fail to get police bail has the right to apply for bail before a Magistrate and if refused may apply to the High Court judge in chamber.
Mitigation on Sentence
In "guilty plea" cases, our criminal defence lawyers may attend mitigation when sentencing by the Magistrates' Court. For those cases which might get imprisonment, we may adivise our clients to instruct counel,
Plea bargaining
